Happy Labor Day Weekend Everyone!
Today I am excited to share with you some photos from a photo shoot I was the bridal makeup artist for in Westlake Village, CA. These photos came out incredible and I am so excited about the finished product- the team I worked with, Tito’s Fine Portraits are amazing at what they do and when I first began speaking with them about this bridal photo shoot I knew from the start that the finished product would be incredible.
When it comes to being a makeup artist the reality is if you don’t have the right photographers in place to properly capture the beauty of your work and the beauty of the model, the end result suffers. I’m pleased to say that Tito’s Fine Portraits did a fantastic job on this shoot (and it didn’t hurt that our models Amanda and Stefan were gorgeous)!
This shoot took place over the course of several days at both the Disney Concert Hall and the Westlake Village Inn. Both are beautiful venues and I have done hair and makeup for many bridal parties at the Westlake Village Inn. As for the photos what can I say? They are fantastic and I’m so proud to have been a part of the shoot. My favorite photos resulting from the shoot, believe it or not are the black and white photos. Lately I have done hair and makeup for a number of different shoots which resulted in amazing black and white photos- I really enjoy working under these parameters. Black and white photos always have a certain elegance to them that I really enjoy and I have to admit even though the photo above is incredible, my favorite photos from this shoot were the black and white photos.
