Hey Everyone!
I’m happy to present some photos from a wedding my team and I had the opportunity to do hair and makeup for at the gorgeous Ahmanson Ranch in Calabasas, CA. The wedding was for the beautiful bride Kaitlyn Verardo and Jeff Schmachtenberger who are a beautiful couple. When you see them together are so obviously perfect for each other.
This was a fairly large party and we were blessed to have the opportunity to do hair and makeup for not only the bride but her seven bridesmaids as well. Everyone involved was so much fun and so sweet. Originally I wasn’t going to be on site for this wedding as I was scheduled to do a fashion photo shoot that unfortunately ended up being rescheduled. When I found out that the shoot was going to be rescheduled I couldn’t help but get
more involved as I absolutely love doing hair and makeup for weddings. My amazing team member Chelsea was the makeup artist for the bride (she did a wonderful job!) and I did Kaitlyn’s hair. When Kaitlyn first came to a consultation with Chelsea and I at my studio in Calabasas to discuss her dream wedding hair and makeup look she was very clear on what she wanted (love the confidence!). She wanted a natural makeup look with a pop of liner and fake lashes and a bohemian bridal hairstyle which is half up and half down- and that’s what she got!
