Very excited to share with you today the fact that I recently had the opportunity to be one of the makeup artists and hair stylists for TEDMED 2015, which took place at the La Quinta Resort in Palm Springs, CA.
Many of you are familiar with TED-if you aren’t I highly encourage you to spend some time watching some of the amazing talks that have taken place there. What I have found is that not everyone is familiar with TEDMED, which is equally fascinating and important on a variety of levels. From the website:

This is the third year in a row that I have been involved with TED or TEDMED as a makeup artist and am blessed to say that I have now had the opportunity to do hair and makeup at TED Conferences around the world. It has not only been an amazing learning experience and opened my eyes to incredible new ideas and ways of thinking, but being involved has connected me to some incredible people and through the program I have created some great friendships that will last a lifetime.
I love doing hair and makeup for conferences and events as I love helping make people feel beautiful and confident in the most important moments of their lives- no matter how big or small the occasion. It is one of the biggest reasons I love what I do- I love helping people feel good about themselves.
