Hey Everyone!
I have some amazing photos from a photo shoot for a children’s clothing line I was the hair stylist for recently in Westlake Vilage, CA. The shoot was for the adorable Tutu’s created by Nalia Elise. The shoot was a lot of fun and it was a pleasure to work with all of the little girls that modeled the Tutus. They were all so very sweet- I love children.
As you can see from the photos, the kids all looked adorable, the photographers from TepeSuz Photography did a fantastic job at letting these little girls be themselves- which I think is the key to success when photographing children and really trying to capture their essence.
Its especially hard to choose a favorite out of all of these photos, but I think I’d have to say that one of my favorites is the last picture below of the girl with the side updo. The shot on the right does a great job of capturing the little girl’s updo and sense of wonder, one of the most precious part about children.
I’ve worked with little girls before and really enjoy it. Recently, I had the opportunity to teach a basic makeup class for young girls on how to do some basic looks. The girls I taught makeup application to were also very precious and were eager to learn- I’m glad I had the opportunity to help get them well on their way in the beauty department! I absolutely love to teach.
I want to thank the little girls, TepeSuz Photography and Nalia Elise’s Tutus for making this shoot all such a pleasure and for having me involved. It was great fun to say the least.
