Hello Beautiful People!!

I recently had the opportunity to be the makeup artist for the gorgeous former playboy model Devin Devasquez. For those of you who don’t know Devin, she was Playboy’s Playmate of the Month in June of 1985. She is every bit as gorgeous today as she was back then.

Devin has appeared in over 100 commercials and authored the book, The Naked Truth About A Pinup Model. The best photo from this shoot (as seen on this post) is actually the cover for the book- something I am very proud of.  Although my work has appeared in many places, this marks the first time my makeup work shows up on the cover of a  book. You can read al about the book here. The photographer for this shoot was the amazingly talented Ronn Moss, who played Ridge Forrester on the CBS series, The Bold and The Beautiful.

This photo shoot took place in Pleasant Valley, CA and was done solely for the sake of updating Devin’s modeling portfolio- it was so much fun. Devin, as you can imagine is a total pro and looks unbelievable in the photos that came out of it. I want to thank Devin and Ron for giving me the opportunity to be the hair and makeup artist for their shoot. They are both very sweet people and were a pleasure to work with and I definitely look forward to working with them again at some point soon!
